How does the OMNIA Vatican & Rome Card work?
- How to book all the attractions included in the Omnia Card?
Booking attractions with the Omnia Card 72 hours is very simple.
You will obtain the audio guide package within the OMNIA Vatican Rome app (https://www.romevaticancard.com/en/audioguide-package/)
Also, you will have access to 72 hours of availability on the Open Tourist Bus with hop-on/hop-off formula
With the included Roma Pass, you can choose two free attractions and the others at a reduced price (including the Colosseum, Borghese Gallery, Capitoline Museums, and National Museum of Castel Sant’Angelo) among these museums/places of interest (there are many!).
Reservation for the Colosseum is mandatory, at a cost of EUR 2.00 per person.

The Roma Pass also provides 72 hours of access to all public transport (bus, tram, and metro) in the municipal area of Rome (ATAC) The Roma Pass is not included in the reduced Omnia 72 hours for children/teenagers aged 6 to 17 (municipal museum access is free for minors). For public transport, you can overcome this by purchasing individual tickets for children or a 72-hour
- How to modify a reservation?
The Omnia Card 72 hours is a tourist pass that offers visitors access to numerous attractions in Rome and the Vatican, and modifying reservations is really simple. If you need to modify the reservation for an Omnia Card attraction, you can contact [email protected] for assistance. If you need to change your reservation for any Roma Pass attraction, including the Colosseum, you will have to contact the attraction directly.

- How to use the 72hr or 24hr with the Omnia Card and when can I start using the OMNIA Vatican & Rome Card?
The 72-hour OMNIA is the tourist pass that offers visitors access to numerous attractions in Rome and the Vatican.
To be able to book your attractions, the timing depends on the shipping method you choose at the time of purchase:
1- collecting the card in Rome: you can book immediately after purchase, directly from your account on our website
2- home delivery: you can book once you receive the card, using the OMNIA VATICAN ROME app, or on the OmniaKit website, with the codes written on the card itself
The Vatican necropolis is not included in the Omnia Card. More information can be found on the dedicated website.
The 72 hours in which you can use your card will start to be deducted from the first real use of the card (public transport, hop on hop off bus, access to a museum/place of interest)
- How long is the OMNIA Vatican & Rome Card valid from the time of purchase?
The OMNIA Vatican & Rome Card, the tourist pass that offers visitors access to numerous attractions in Rome and the Vatican, is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. With this you will have access to many attractions such as the Vatican museums and the Sistine Chapel. You will also have the opportunity to use the exclusive hop on hop off bus service
- Omnia Card purchase method: Shipping or collection in Rome.
The OMNIA Vatican & Rome Card, the tourist pass that offers visitors access to numerous attractions in Rome and the Vatican, can be ordered online.
If you order the Card online, via the website, you can choose whether to collect it at one of the collection points located in the center of Rome, or select shipping during the purchase process, and receive it directly at your home with a paid DHL courier . Shipping is not available for Russia.

- How old must a child be to use the Child Card?
The OMNIA Card is the ideal solution to fully enjoy your stay in the Eternal City without having to think about looking for tickets for individual attractions. The Child Card is valid for children/young people aged 6-17 years. Children up to 5 years of age are included in the parent’s card and have free access to all services. For the Colosseum you must collect a free ticket, while for other attractions such as the Vatican Museums the child/youth can enter with the parent in possession of a valid Card. - Do children travel for free on public transport in Rome?
Within the territory of Rome Capital, children up to ten years of age have free access to ATAC vehicles and to the lines managed on behalf of ATAC by other operators, if accompanied by an adult in possession of a regular travel document.
On Trenitalia vehicles, children up to the age of four travel for free as long as they are accompanied by an adult and do not occupy a seat.
for those over 10 years old you can avoid this by purchasing single tickets, or a 72-hour ATAC pass
Children’s strollers are free of charge as long as they are folded.
- Is public transport limited to certain time slots?
